1. Services

Clinivopro provides services related to patient communication and digital marketing for physiotherapy clinics.
This includes the setup, management, and optimization of systems for following up with former patients, as well as the administration of advertising campaigns on digital platforms.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid and documented consent from patients

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the GDPR and Norwegian data protection legislation

  • Ensuring that all patient data shared with Clinivopro is lawfully collected and processed

Clinivopro assumes no responsibility for the client’s failure to comply with legal requirements.

3. Data Processing

Clinivopro acts as a data processor and processes personal data solely on behalf of the client and in accordance with a data processing agreement and documented instructions.

4. No Medical Advice

Clinivopro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All communication and marketing content created or distributed through our services is for informational and marketing purposes only.

The client (clinic) remains solely responsible for all medical services, patient communication, and clinical decisions.

5. Payment

Services are invoiced in accordance with agreed pricing and terms.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due within the stated deadline

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Advertising budgets are paid directly by the client to third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta), unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinivopro shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Outcomes or performance of marketing campaigns

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Clinivopro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Non-payment

  • Use of services in violation of applicable laws

8. Changes to Terms

Clinivopro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any agreement between the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
